At Rapid URL Indexer India (https://rapidurlindexer.in/), we believe in complete transparency and fairness. Our entire business model is built on a pay-for-performance principle: you only pay for URLs that Google successfully indexes.

This Refund Policy explains:

  • How our automatic credit refund system works
  • When you receive refunds (credits)
  • When you do NOT receive refunds
  • How to request assistance with refunds

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing credits or using our services.

Our Core Promise – Pay Only for Success

Unlike other indexing services that charge you whether your URLs get indexed or not, Rapid URL Indexer India operates on a fair, risk-free model:

Automatic Credit Refunds for Unindexed URLs

This is the most important part of our Refund Policy.

How It Works:

Example Scenarios:

Scenario A – URL Gets Indexed:

  • You submit 100 URLs (100 credits held)
  • After 14 days, 85 URLs are indexed
  • You pay for 85 credits
  • 15 credits are automatically refunded to your account

Scenario B – Low Success Rate:

  • You submit 500 URLs (500 credits held)
  • After 14 days, only 50 URLs are indexed
  • You pay for only 50 credits
  • 450 credits are automatically refunded to your account

Scenario C – No URLs Indexed:

  • You submit 1,000 URLs (1,000 credits held)
  • After 14 days, 0 URLs are indexed
  • You pay ZERO credits
  • All 1,000 credits are automatically refunded

How We Check If a URL Is Indexed

We use multiple methods to verify if a URL is indexed by Google:

Fairness Guarantee: If our system makes an error and marks an indexed URL as unindexed (or vice versa), you can contact us, and we will manually review and correct the refund.

What Is NOT Refundable

While we are generous with automatic refunds for unindexed URLs, certain things are not refundable:

Example of Non-Refundable Situations:
  • You buy 5,000 credits but only use 500. The remaining 4,500 credits are not refundable for cash – but they never expire, so you can use them later.
  • You accidentally submit the same URL 10 times. Credits for all 10 submissions are consumed. No refund for duplicates.

No Cash Refunds – Only Credit Refunds

Important: All refunds from our service are issued as credits to your Rapid URL Indexer account, not as cash back to your payment method.

Why? Our pay-for-performance model ensures you only pay for indexed URLs. Unindexed URLs return credits you can use again. This keeps our pricing low and fair for everyone.

What if you stop using our service? You can request account closure, but unused credits will be forfeited (they have no cash value).

Exception: In rare cases where we permanently discontinue a service or there is a proven billing error on our part, we may issue a cash refund at our sole discretion.

Billing Errors and Disputes

If you believe there is an error with your billing or credit refund, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction date.

To dispute a charge or refund:

  1. Email us at refunds@rapidurlindexer.in
  2. Include your account email, transaction ID, and a clear description of the issue
  3. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days

If we made an error: We will correct it immediately, including issuing additional credits or adjusting your balance.

If you made an error: We will explain why the charge is correct and provide evidence (e.g., indexing confirmation).

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your credit card company or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • All remaining credits will be forfeited
  • We will dispute the chargeback with evidence of our service delivery
  • You may be permanently banned from using our services
  • Legal action may be pursued for fraudulent chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us first. Most issues can be resolved within hours.

Subscription and Recurring Payments

We do not offer subscriptions or recurring payments. All credit purchases are one-time payments. You will never be automatically charged again without your explicit action.

If you see a recurring charge on your statement, it is either:

  • A mistake by your bank (please contact them)
  • A purchase you made from another service (not us)
  • Fraud (please contact us immediately)

Refunds for Service Unavailability

In the unlikely event that our service becomes completely unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours), you may request a pro-rated credit refund for the downtime period.

To request such a refund:

  1. Contact support@rapidurlindexer.in
  2. Provide your account email and the dates of unavailability
  3. We will review and issue appropriate credits

This does not apply to scheduled maintenance (we will notify you in advance) or force majeure events (see Section 12).

11. How to Request a Refund (Non-Automatic Situations)

For automatic credit refunds (unindexed URLs), no action is needed – the system handles it.

For other refund requests (billing errors, service issues, etc.):

Response Time: We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and resolve within 5-7 business days.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to provide refunds (or services) resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or health emergencies
  • War, terrorism, riots, or civil unrest
  • Government actions, sanctions, or embargoes
  • Internet outages, cyberattacks, or infrastructure failures
  • Google algorithm updates or search engine downtime

In such events, refund processing may be delayed until normal operations resume.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements.

  • Minor changes: Updated “Last Updated” date at the top of this page
  • Material changes: We will notify you via email (to the address associated with your account) and via a prominent notice on our website

Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
