Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Rapid URL Indexer India (https://rapidurlindexer.in/) (referred to as “Rapid URL Indexer”, “we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”). By accessing or using our website, creating an account, purchasing credits, or using our link indexing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and Rapid URL Indexer India.
Eligibility
You may use our services only if:
- You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- You can form a legally binding contract
- You are not located in a country subject to US or Indian trade sanctions
- You are not prohibited from using our services by any applicable law
By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.\
Description of Services
Rapid URL Indexer India provides a link indexing service that helps users get their URLs crawled and indexed by Google and other search engines. Our services include:
- Submitting URLs (website content, backlinks, citations, etc.) for indexing
- Dashboard access to track indexing progress
- Automatic credit refunds for URLs that remain unindexed after 14 days
- Reports and charts showing indexing status
- API access for automation (available on select packages)
Important Note: We do not guarantee that every URL will be indexed. Our pay-for-performance model ensures you only pay for successfully indexed URLs. Unindexed URLs receive automatic credit refunds.
Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is false, inaccurate, or incomplete.
Purchasing Credits
Our services operate on a credit-based system:

Terms of Credit Purchases:
- All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
- Credits are one-time payments – no subscriptions
- Credits never expire
- Credits are non-refundable (except as provided in Section 6 below)
- Taxes may apply based on your location
Payment Methods: We accept payments via major credit cards, UPI, PayPal, and other methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed by third-party PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
Refund Policy – Automatic Credit Refunds for Unindexed URLs
This is our most important policy. We operate on a pay-for-performance model:
- For every URL you submit: One (1) credit is deducted per URL
- After 14 days: We check if each URL is indexed by Google
- If a URL is NOT indexed: Credits for that URL are automatically refunded to your account
- If a URL IS indexed: Credits are consumed – no refund
What this means: You only pay for URLs that successfully get indexed. Unindexed URLs cost you nothing.
Important Limitations:
- Credit refunds are automatic – no need to request them
- Refunded credits can be used for future URL submissions
- We do not provide cash refunds for unused or unindexed credits
- Credits have no cash value outside our platform
Example: You submit 100 URLs (cost: 100 credits). After 14 days, 85 URLs are indexed. You pay for 85 credits. 15 credits are automatically returned to your account.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, prohibited, or harmful purpose. Prohibited activities include:

| Malicious Content | URLs hosting malware, phishing pages, viruses, or any harmful software |
| Google Guidelines Violations | Using our service to index pages that violate Google’s Webmaster Guidelines (cloaking, hidden text, doorway pages, etc.) |
We reserve the right to: (a) refuse service to any user, (b) remove any submitted URLs, (c) terminate accounts, and (d) report illegal activity to law enforcement – all without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and code, is the property of Rapid URL Indexer India or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Intellectual Property: You retain all ownership rights to the URLs you submit. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to access and process your submitted URLs solely for the purpose of providing our indexing service.
Prohibited Use: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software without our explicit written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rapid URL Indexer India disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Warranties that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Warranties that Google or any search engine will index your submitted URLs
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through our services
No guarantee of indexing: Despite our 91% average success rate, we cannot and do not guarantee that any specific URL will be indexed by Google or any search engine. Search engine algorithms are outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Rapid URL Indexer India, its owners, employees, affiliates, or partners be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages related to your inability to use our services
- Damages related to Google not indexing your URLs
- Damages related to any loss of search engine rankings or organic traffic
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us for credits in the 60 days preceding the event giving rise to liability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rapid URL Indexer India and its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use of our services in violation of any law or third-party rights
- Your submitted URLs or content
- Any dispute between you and a third party arising from your use of our services
Termination
By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@rapidurlindexer.in. Unused credits are non-refundable but remain in your account if you reactivate.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees
- Extended inactivity (no login for 12+ months)
Upon Termination: You will lose access to your account and any unused credits. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable upon termination.
Modifications to Services and Terms
Changes to Services: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or website notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations within 30 days.
If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in [Your City, State, India] in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
Small Claims: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court (subject to jurisdictional limits) instead of arbitration.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of government, internet outages, or search engine algorithm updates.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rapid URL Indexer India regarding your use of our website and services. They supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
